Yes, all payments are usually paid directly unless the surgery has specified differently. We prefer this model as it saves on having to add 19% VAT to the invoice. This huge saving means better rates for you!
We charge just 3% only once the booking and you have invoiced the surgery.
Last minute shifts are premium short notice sessions minimum £125/hr. As well as email notifications, locums Also get alerted by SMS, we do not SMS you during antisocial hours. You are free to opt out of these if you wish.
Bank details are only visible by the payment manager to pay you. Your documents are only visible to surgeries upon booking.All other documents and ID are redacted e.g. we remove your passport number from ID document and home address from CV etc. We take your privacy very seriously. We are also register by the ICO.

Locum feedback is private for their personal appraisals however most locums recognise that this is a great way of letting surgeries know how good you are and chose to make this visible to them.
Our business model has been approved by the NHSPA and both A and B forms are automatically generated for you, if you are in the scheme. Please note that all advertised rates include employers contributions.

You can invoice the surgery in 3 clicks.
We expect the surgery to pay invoices within 7 days. Each surgery has an ASP (Average speed payment), which gives you an idea of how long the surgery usually take to pay. Some of the larger organisations may take longer as they run their payroll at the end of the month.You can chase and track your payments easily.

We have an online invoice query system which we monitor and advise with, in most cases misunderstandings are easily solved between the surgery and the doctors, however we are always at hand to guide and advise.
We charge just 3% of the invoice amount, we do not charge any VAT 0%.

We ask the locum to confirm the booking and it’s all done.
We recommend using our premium “Lastminute Locum” function, it costs you more but your shifts are sent out on SMS, often getting replies in minutes.
We have an online chat facility for you to talk, you will also get the direct mobile number once the booking is confirmed.
All locum profiles, documents and video CVs are available for you to view, once you are satisfied that the locum fulfils your criterion then you are free to book them in. Once you confirm the booking the locum gets a confirmation email and SMS.
As we are not an agency, the booking is directly between the surgery and the locum, we allow free to resolve any issues, we are also at hand to guide and advise if necessary.
